In particular, when many project participants are involved and, in some cases, are not located at the same site, like, for example, in the course of offshore development work, it is the selection and, even more importantly, the execution of a suitable approach that represents a critical factor in the success of the project.

As a result, our implementation management aims to support the critical phases of the project with perfectly suited methodology and tried and tested procedures. Our goal is the integration of business conceptualization and implementation.

Before the start of the project, one of our first steps is to work together with you to establish the general approach. Whether V-Model, Rational Unified Process or ValueSAP is taken as a basis – our consultants will select the right approach for your project.
In the second step, we decide together with you if any adaptations and/or extensions to the approach model are necessary. In the third and last step, the tools required for the implementation are finally determined. We use the tools that you have already deployed so that your employees are familiar with them.

Analysis and Design Phase:
We support you with the collection, prioritization, and conversion of the business requirements into a specific and realizable specialized concept. Additionally, we help you with the development of use cases, the carrying out of process analysis and modeling, and the set-up of a data model. Working together, we define the initial requirements for the hardware, and draw up a test concept including the test coverage. Finally, we carry out a change impact analysis to formulate the requirements for subsequent change management.

Realization and Testing:
We support you with customizing and/or programming of the components and interfaces. In addition, we really focus on making sure that during the course of the realization, you never lose sight of the original planning and conceptualization.
On the basis of the design phase and the defined test coverage, we draw up the necessary test cases together with you, and then together we carry out these test cases in an efficient way. Even at this early phase, we start with the training concept and prepare the user documentation. Finally, we agree on a catalog of measures for change management for the following transition phase.

Conversion:
In the conversion phase, we support you with data migration and the development and implementation of an authorization model. We plan and support the rollout and together with you, we set up a support organization in correspondence with your requirements. We plan, develop, and assist you with carrying out training courses. Finally, in this phase we concentrate particularly on change management in order to create acceptance and understanding for future changes.
