The awarding of this status provides confirmation of the consulting firm’s particular competence in the field of customer relationship management and recognition of ESPRiT’s long experience of consulting in CRM projects.

The goal of the SAP special expertise program (SEP) is to improve the quality of services provided by partners in connection with SAP and industry solutions. Existing SAP partners can additionally qualify for this enhanced status. SEP partners have a special competency that is locally based, and they are selected on a country-by-country basis.
To qualify for the status of SEP partner, candidates must first undergo audit to examine their credentials with regard to project experience, focusing, number of certified SAP consultants for the applicable solution/industry, and qualified customer proximity. In this way, the partner’s proven competence and applicable solution focus can be assured.
