Munich, March 11 2008 – This spring ESPRiT Consulting is planning another job initiative with the aim of growing in all consulting areas. Special emphasis is placed on the topics business intelligence, technology and strategic IT management.
As shown in the service report of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce published in fall 2007, 44 percent of the IT service providers have expansive employment plans for 2008. ESPRiT Consulting is one of them. In April ESPRiT is going to start a new trainee programme: In six months ESPRiT is going to prepare graduates for the every day life of a consultant. The concept has proven to be successful and will thus be continued this year. The graduates are given the toolkit for consulting such as project management and process optimization. Moreover they participate in trainings for teaming, communication and presentation skills. In consulting not only the professional but also the interpersonal element is highly important. Two additional trainee programmes are planned for summer and fall 2008.

ESPRiT Consulting currently has more than 230 employees and plans to grow to 260 employees in 2006. Until 2012 the IT and management consultancy is determined to grow to 500 employees.
The independent consultancy wants to limit its growth to 20 to 25 percent annually in order to be able to sustain the integration of new employees.
