Munich, November 7, 2008 – The IT and management consulting firm ESPRiT was prominent at this year’s CRM-expo, both at the SAP partner booth and at various presentations. In the course of the conference program, ESPRiT made a strong contribution with three specialized presentations:
On Wednesday, November 5, Oliver Bitterwolf, a manager and CRM expert at ESPRiT Consulting, gave a presentation about a SAP CRM project at the company Schurter AG: “The spread-out customer: From fragmented customer knowledge to effective customer management.”
Yesterday, on Thursday, November 6, Bernhard Braunmüller, the ESPRiT Partner responsible for the service line Customer Management, made a joint presentation together with the ESPRiT client Integralis, represented by Timo Dost, their Director of Operations for Central Europe and a member of their executive board. The subject of the talk was the international consolidation and optimization of marketing, sales, and services processes at this service provider for IT security and risk management.
Directly afterwards, Braunmüller gave another talk on the subject: “Customer value as a central controlling instrument for business-to-business.” All the presentations provoked great interest and led to some lively discussion amongst the audience.
Bernhard Braunmüller is extremely satisfied with the way this year’s fair went: “Although we are not really big fans of such fairs, the CRM-expo is, nonetheless, a very important meeting point for us because it continues to be used intensively by our clients and potential clients. In the course of the conference program, we heard some really interesting presentations that really provided some food for thought. That’s why we are planning to come to the CRM-expo again next year.”
This year the CRM-expo celebrated its tenth anniversary. This specialized fair keeps visitors informed about the latest strategies, concepts, and trends in connection with the subject of customer relationship management. Consultants, experts, and companies make presentations over the course of the two-day event, showing how to find and retain the right customers.
