Munich, June 10th 2008 – On Thursday, June 5th the IT and management consulting firm ESPRiT Consulting put on a specialized customer event with the slogan “customer-oriented solutions for customer-oriented enterprises”. The setting for this event was the Kempinski Airport Hotel, with Munich Airport providing an impressive backdrop to the proceedings. In various different presentations, users reported on their practical experiences with customer relationship management. Firstly, SAP provided an overview of SAP CRM 2007 and gave a practical demonstration of what the new system can do. It was then the turn of clients such as Infineon, Caritas and Schurter to make informative presentations concerning their own experiences with their CRM solutions, which are all based on SAP CRM and various other SAP NetWeaver technology components. Among others there was a strong interest in the presentation given by ESPRiT Consulting, which illustrated the deployment of Adobe Interactive Forms as a strong alternative for outside sales activities.
Dr. Bernhard Braunmüller, the ESPRiT Consulting partner responsible for the service line customer management, explains: “The subject of CRM was pushed to the fringes for some years, but it is now right back at the top of the corporate agenda. In recent years many companies have optimized their cost structures, and now it is once again the customer that occupies centre stage. That’s why this event was such a complete success. With more than 50 participants from 20 companies and some extremely interesting presentations, the day really fulfilled all of our expectations.” The participants were very satisfied with the event, used it as a platform to exchange information and experiences and all gave very positive feedback.
In April SAP once again designated ESPRiT Consulting as a special expertise partner for customer relationship management.
