ESPRiT publishes an article in the German specialist HR magazine PERSONAL. The author deals with quotas in corporations. ESPRiT thinks that quotas conserve discrimination rather than fight against it. This is why ESPRiT follows the motto: “No quotas – but a lot of encouragement.”

The German SAP magazine E-3 publishes a special edition with the topic Governance, Risk & Compliance. 08/05/2008 ESPRiT publication: interview with ESPRiT Consulting about recruiting strategies
Julia von Rosen, Recruiting Manager at ESPRiT Consulting was inteviewed by Master magazine. The first edition of the German magazine with the title:” Studying for the market?” accompanied the first Master conference in which companies and universities were brought together in order to foster the exchange of opinions. During her interview von Rosen speaks about her experiences with bachelor and master graduates and comes to the result that quite a few programmes in Germany are still focusing too much on theory.

07/10/2008 ESPRiT publication: Even in times of great stress further education is important
The careers section of Computerwoche publishes an interview with Norbert Kauer, associate partner at ESPRiT Consulting. Kauer presents the ESPRiT trainee program in which young professionals are trained in six months for every day life as a consultant. He especially emphasizes the fact that ESPRiT trainees are undergoing both social and professional trainings. These sessions are mandatory even if the consultants are already working on customer projects.

03/14/2008 ESPRiT publication: Customer value: looking for the big fish
The March edition of the German magazine DIREKT MARKETING publishes an article by Dr. Bernhard Braunmüller, partner and responsible for customer management at ESPRiT Consulting and Florian Pinger, consultant at ESPRiT Consulting. The authors have come up with the customer cockpit model which realistically estimates the customer value. The article shows that the customer value especially in B-2-B can be looked at more thoroughly and customer specific than many companies are used to.
