The vocational training center of the Bavarian economy (bfz) offers services for training, counselling, personnel and social issues. They are active at 27 locations in all of the German state of Bavaria. The IT and management consultancy ESPRiT Consulting supports bfz with the extension of its SAP system landscape. Within the framework of the project “consolidation” they are re-developing the closure of accounts, meaning the consolidation of all subsidiaries based on the SAP consolidation solution EC-CS (Enterprise Controlling- Consolidation System). The goal is to automate the closure of accounts and at the same time to reduce the errors as well as to simplify the coordination of the internal services.
