On Sunday, 7 October 2007, several ESPRiT employees ran for a good cause in the Avon women’s race. In spite of a few no shows due to illness the whole team was highly motivated. The running track was five kilometres long and passed from the Residenz in Hofgarten through the English garden in Munich. The weather was very sunny and many spectators came to cheer for the participants. The IT and management consultancy ESPRiT Consulting sponsored the ESPRiT Team with 500 Euros, directly benefiting the Bavarian Cancer Society, and the running jerseys. Apart from daily business, corporate social responsibility plays a large role for ESPRiT. The ladies are looking forward to taking part in the race again next year.
