Swiss Reinsurance Ltd. (Swiss Re) is one of the world’s leading reinsurance companies with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. In Q2 2009 Swiss Re started a worldwide project with the goal of optimizing sales processes in the business function Client Markets. The task was to draw up a specialized-functional solution design on the basis of SAP CRM (customer relationship management) and SAP MDM (master data management). ESPRiT was engaged to accompany this exciting and forward-looking project, providing significant support in the role of trusted consultant and integrator. In addition, ESPRiT was selected by Swiss Re as a realization partner.
