Awards

Over the past few years, ESPRiT Consulting has received a string of awards that reflect their outstanding qualitative performance.

A variety of regional, national, and international awards have been presented in recognition of our consultancy competencies and the way in which we have implemented new ideas.

It was not only general criteria, such as performance and growth, that were evaluated. Above all, the critical factors for the various awards were HR Management, service orientation, and climate of innovation.

Germany´s Best Place to Work 2008
ESPRiT Consulting is ranked 34th among the best 100 best exmployers in Germany. The IT and Management Consultancy took part for the first time in the competition "Germany´s Best place to Work" and was especially successful in the categories trust in management board, corporate culture and teamspirit. This award confirms the outstanding Human Resource Management at ESPRiT. Frank Hauser, the head of the Great Place to Work® Institute Germany: "The audit has shown that ESPRiT Consulting is a special employer that its employees identify with very strongly."

The competition has taken place for the 6th time in Germany. 2008 a total of 252 companies participated and the best 100 were invited to the award ceremony in the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Berlin, Germany. The German Secretary of Labour Olaf Scholz awarded the much sought-after distinction. The basis for the evaluation of the participants was an anonymous questionaire that dealt with the areas of credibility, respect, pride, fairness and teamspirit. Additionally an audit of the Human Resources Department asked the companies to depict their measures, programmes and concepts in terms of HR Management.

Young Career ("Junge Karriere")
In November 2004 Didem Steinbauer-Zeytin, Associate Partner at ESPRiT Consulting, was selected as the winner of the “Career of the Year at an SME 2004” award by the business magazine “Junge Karriere.
The job magazine of the business newspaper “Handelsblatt” chose from managers under 40 for the media prize and two additional special awards.
German Companies large and small from different lines of business had nominated their most talented staff from a combined workforce of over one million. The important selection criteria for these awards were specialist qualifications, professional development, contribution to corporate success, and, above all, management qualities and the ability to put one’s own ideas into practice.

In the 2007 competition another ESPRiT candidate made it to the last round: Associate Partner Isolde Esterbauer is among Germany´s top 25 young managers. The other awardees came from companies such as Commerzbank, Sixt, Shell, SAP, Booz Allen Hamilton, Citibank, Adidas and Accenture.
The Associate Partner convinced the jury with her diverse and international CV which is dominated by the initiation of new things. "Career means continious development of technical as well as personal skills, the realization of one´s ideas as well as taking over responsibility. ESPRiT trusts me and gives me the necessary space for my individual development." explains Isolde Esterbauer the reasons for her success.
