Social Engagement

Alongside top-class consultancy services, dialog with and commitment to society, sport and science is important to us. Learning to recognize and understand the problems of people with a disability, Nepalese children, or drug addicts means dealing with completely new situations and developing greater sensitivity towards others. This is exciting as well as enriching – for both sides.
The main focus of ESPRiT's social engagement is on the long-term partnership with the Children's Village Irschenberg.

Caritas Kinderdorf Irschenberg

The Caritas Children's Village currently houses around 120 kids and youths who do not have the chance to grow up in their family homes because of some stroke of fate or serious difficulties within the family. They are the so-called "social orphans". True to the motto "Creating common perspectives" the executive board and the staffers at ESPRiT support the Children's Village with common projects, events, and above all with their time, their networks and their experience.

Day of Care

The Day of Care is an initiative that was started up by ESPRiT Consulting in 2002. The Day of Care takes place every two years and involves the Management and IT Consulting firm in taking on various challenging tasks in the local community. In 2010 the Day of Care was tranferred to a long-time partnership with the Children's Village Irschenberg.

Nepal Aid "Beilngries"

Nepal Aid Beilngries was established in 1990 as a charitable private initiative to offer support those in need in Nepal. ESPRiT provides particular support for the most prominent facility run by Nepal Aid Beilngries: The Shaligram orphanage in Lhubhu.

Initiative: "Art for Kids – We Are Helping!"

In the spring of 2007, a group of enterprising students at the University of Applied Sciences in Rosenheim founded the university initiative "Art for kids – we are helping!" within the framework of a seminar project. As ESPRiT Consulting strongly values support for children and young people, the consulting firm decided to actively support this initiative.
