Senior Consultant
You are a subject matter expert and are very experienced in leading projects as well as teams. You apply your technical and methodological competencies successfully in our projects and are also willing to share your know-how internally in the ESPRiT network. You make the client happy by performing the right tasks at the right time in a high quality. In short: You make sure that the project becomes a success. Success in our projects is vital for ESPRiT. In addition you support the expansion of ESPRiT and get actively involved in fairs and events.
Consultant
You already know the image some people have of the consulting fraternity: Arrogant, ignorant, and incompetent. This image may be somewhat exaggerated, but there is some small truth in it. For you, however, consultancy is far from being an end in itself. Your top priority is customer benefit. You are experienced as a consultant, and this means that, in project teams, you are able to achieve top-quality results both technical and functional. You are ready to start taking on some project management and man management tasks. You know the demands of your specialist area with regard to processes, organization and software technology, as well as the demands of consultancy in general. You speak your client’s language and make his problem into your problem. Your goal is to provide a genuine service for your client, a service that helps him to do business better and more successfully.
Junior Consultant

To make it easier to get started in the world of consultancy, you are guided from day one by an experienced consultant, offering you the benefit of his professional and personal experience. Working together with your colleagues, you support clients on site with the development and implementation of our solutions. You help deriving concepts, analyzing processes, and documenting them. You make a significant contribution to the success of meetings, workshops and presentations. Internally there are also many exciting tasks that await you. After all, ESPRiT also relies on creative employees for its continuous development.
Internships / Student Jobs / Undergraduate Projects
Making the coffee, doing the photocopying or maybe polishing the boss’s luxury auto? Not with us. Students at ESPRiT can expect proper tasks as well as genuine integration and personal development. After the successful completion of their foundation studies, interns can gain their first work experience with us. They get an insight into internal and external projects, and support our consultants with the preparation of presentations, research, organizational tasks, and much more. Student workers are also expected to roll up their sleeves and assist with these tasks. They work for us during the course of their studies, building up a long-term connection with the company. For undergraduates the focus of their interest is an exciting mix of theory and practice. Both internal and external projects can be the objects of their work, and there is an experienced consultant on hand to offer guidance.
